Mind-blowing lodge with a jaw-dropping hot tub, stunning outdoor area, super kind owner who allowed us a late check-out, and a pleasant surprise of a microwave in the well-equipped kitchen. Lovely, friendly caravan park, peaceful and quiet, where we even spotted a deer! Ideal location to explore nearby attractions. Perfect for families, with a private patio for family meals and a fantastic outdoor bath tub. Amazing de-stressing escape with privacy guaranteed. Definitely coming back! Loads of dog-friendly walks and a lovely sun trap patio area. Super quick communication from staff. Internet access, off-site car park, electric kettle, and cookware provided. Pets allowed, no smoking on site.

We had a fantastic stay at Barnston Lodge! The value for the money was spot on, and the room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal, surrounded by beautiful countryside and plenty of walking trails for us and our dogs. The staff was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any questions or requests. a perfect escape for relaxation and privacy, with the added bonus of a delightful hot tub and lovely outdoor decking area. We will definitely be returning.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with some additional variety and perhaps a few more options for hot dishes.

The location was great for dog owners, with plenty of walks right from the lodge and access to nearby woods. The hot tub was well-maintained, and the staff were quick to respond and ensure everything was okay. The enclosed patio area was a private sun trap, perfect for relaxing.

The TV kept turning off every 20 to 30 minutes, which was quite annoying during the evenings. Additionally, the terrace windowed doors were hard to close and needed some adjustment.

The bathroom was so cozy, with a lovely bath or shower. I felt pampered, like I was in a fancy spa! As someone who loves a relaxing soak after a long day, this was absolute bliss.

Personally, I found the lighting in the bathroom a bit dim. But hey, some might say it adds to the cozy ambiance!

Stayed at this lovely family lodge for a weekend getaway. The location in a holiday home park amidst the countryside was perfect for exploring the region or enjoying on-site facilities like the golf course and woodland walks. The clean and well-equipped lodge had a private patio for family meals and even an outdoor bath tub. The owner was kind enough to allow a late check out, and we even saw a deer wandering past our lodge on the first night. a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
